      About Rounds

Rounds is a daily puzzle study tool built by medical students, for medical students preparing for exams (USMLE, COMLEX, in-house and beyond).

The reasoning is simple: short, spaced-out practice beats cramming. Retrieving an answer from memory, rather than rereading it, is what makes it stick. A few minutes a day, every day, compounds.

The three formats hit different muscles: Arrows drills the cause-and-effect physiology that boards love to test, Connections trains you to see the category behind a list of look-alikes, and the Mini Crossword rewards precise vocabulary.

Miss a day? The archive keeps every past puzzle, and you can filter it by organ system, discipline, specialty, or difficulty to test exactly what you'd like to focus on.

Spot something wrong? Hit the ⚑ report button on any puzzle and it goes straight to the review queue.
